Both Walt Disney World and Disneyland are currently offering Special Discount Offers that might just be too good for some of you to pass up.
Walt Disney World Discounts
While still not an official offer to all, the Walt Disney World Resort is giving Free Dining to some. The offer is in the form of pin codes that are tied to the specific individual, so even if you know someone who has been offered the special, they are unable to transfer it to you. Only time will tell if Free Dining will be available to everyone, but it is not looking like it.
Those who have been offered it appear to be able to get the free quick service dining plan if they book a 5-day package at a Value or Moderate Resort, or the regular dining plan if the corresponding special is booked at a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa. Valid arrivals start on April 23rd and run through August 13th. Once again, this special only applies to those individuals who have been offered it by Disney.
Guests booking a room only package for arrivals between June 14, 2011 and August 13th may be able to take advantage of a room only discount up to 30% off of the regular rack rates at Disney Deluxe Resorts or Deluxe Villas. The special must be booked by May 28th.
Military members are offered two options when it comes to Disney World discounts. The first is up to 40% off of room only reservations when traveling before September 28th. The second special is discount 4-day single park tickets which are available for $138. Those tickets may be upgraded to Park Hopper and Water Fun, & More Tickets for only $27 each. This special also ends on September 28, 2011
Finally, those already visiting Disney World April 17-23rd may be able to save some money on food. Quick Service Restaurants are offering 25% off for those that dine during the off-hours of before 11:30 AM or between 3 PM and 4:30 PM. A special voucher certificate is available on the Disney website.
The Disneyland specials are sparse as of right now. Those visiting before April 14th may be able to take advantage of discounted 3-day Park Hopper tickets for only $169. Typically, these tickets would cost $186 if purchased online or $206 at the gate.
Disneyland is also offering room only discounts for arrivals between April 17 and June 18, 2011 of up to 25% off of a Disneyland Resort Hotel. The starting price is as low as $213 per night at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
