Halloween Party Transformations at Magic Kingdom

The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World tranforms this time of year to prepare for “Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.”  While these parties require special tickets to attend, anyone in Magic Kingdom earlier in the day (or on days the party is not held) can enjoy the special decorations.

While I doubt very many would say these decorations are anywhere near as spectacular as the Christmas decorations, I think everyone would agree they are fun to see!  In fact, take a look at this whimsical video of the decorations going up for an idea on what is there.

The Halloween parties started on September 4th, but multiple dates are still available for those that would like to attend yet this year.  They are September 29, and October 1, 2, 6, 8, 12, 13, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 27.

Ticket prices for the party average $59 for adults and $53 for children 3-9.  The party runs from 7pm-midnight and the company even allows all who attend to wear a costume which will come in handy when they trick-or-treat from special cast-members.

Once again, Disney allows the kid in all of us to come out and play!
