For many people, the first steps in Main Street, U.S.A. of Disneyland is their affirmation that they are in their happy place. Adding to that feeling for some are the appearance of one of the Main Street Vehicles.

The Main Street Vehicles travel up and down Main Street, U.S.A. giving guests the chance to take a leisurely ride up towards Sleeping Beauty Castle or back down towards the Main Street Railroad Station. This review and video hopes to give you a glimpse into the charm offered by the Main Street Vehicles.

To start with, there are actually several different options for the Main Street Vehicles. Depending on the time of day and the crowd levels, different vehicles can be found running up and down the street.

Options include a Fire Engine, Horse-Drawn Streetcars, Horseless Carriage and Omnibus. All of these are currently sponsored by National Car Rental. All also fit in with the theme of Main Street, U.S.A. as something that might have appeared in the early 1900’s running along the road on any main street of any small town in the nation.

To get on one, just look for one of the loading signs for the Main Street Vehicles. They are located at the bottom of the key in Town Square around the Main Street Railroad Station as well as at the top of the key at Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Stand near the sign, wait your turn, and board a vehicle for a one way trip. It is truly a leisurely way to enjoy Main Street, U.S.A. while also taking a load off of those weary feet.

For those into these slow leisure rides, don’t forget to also take in the Disneyland Railroad.
