With New Year’s just a few days away, it is your last chance to make a jolt for Disney World to see the Christmas decorations before they start coming down early next week.
As this is an extremely busy week in the parks, and as many families visit post-Christmas, pre-New Years, Disney tends to wait until the week after the 1st to take the holiday decorations down giving visitors some extra time to absorb the season. That is right, for those die-hard purists that long for Disneyland of yesterday, the Mouse is granting you a portion of that wish. Two popular and loved attractions are making a return to the original Disney theme park, Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln and Captain EO.

Those interested in taking a trip to Walt Disney World may want to look into the new special they are offering on select dates through June 3. Under the special, packages that are booked according to the requirements will get a gift card valued up to $750 at no additional charge.

Walt Disney World has posted most of the park hours for June 2010, and they are shown below. All four theme parks including the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom are covered.
Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are open all month. Both parks are showing hours from 9AM-6PM from Tuesday, June 1 through Saturday, June 12. They switch to 9AM-7PM on Sunday, June 13.
